Linoleum

A well maintained linoleum floor reflects well on your business. It improves employee morale as well as enhances customer perception of the quality of your product or service.

There are two options available depending upon your needs and budget. With each option, the base foundation is the most important step and is part of the process.

The Base Foundation

We will strip, machine scrub, wash, neutralize, seal and wax the floor with the highest quality products available.

Option Number One

The Hard Shine

The most popular option when a solid, clean shine is important. Recommended for office building floors, beauty salons, retail stores and restaurants.

Option Number Two

The Burnished Wet Look

When a high profile "wet" shine is desired. This look is recommended for medical facilities and showrooms. For the best results, this service should be performed at least twice weekly.

Marble

Global uses a special process that enhances your marble's own natural shine. Marble was meant to shine without placing waxes or sealers on top of it. This special process even makes the surface skid resistant.

Hardwood Floors

There are two types of services available.

Maintenance Service

Global will clean the wood floor, then buff it out to a shine.

Refinishing Service

Global will strip off the old finish, then screen the floor and then re-coat the floor with a new finish.
