That's why the global name. Then after years of learning, I realized that it was most important to be a quality company. I could only do that by being selective in the types of customers I could serve.

Other companies make big promises and then fail to live up to them. These are not bad people who make these claims. This is a difficult business.

At Global, I found that to be specialized in one area of cleaning would give my customers the greatest service possible.

I was like all of those companies 20 years ago. I took hospitals, restaurants and supermarkets that worked all night. I took any account that involved cleaning. This is a formula for failure.

We were cleaning 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our management was always half awake or half asleep depending on how you looked at it

Now, we clean accounts between 6 P.M. at night to 11 P.M. All of our management concentrates on quality service during that time.

This allows our customers a quality cleaning, on time and on the day scheduled.

After over 20 years in business, I now have the luxury of not accepting all potential customers that request service. I build relationships first.

Through superior communications and working a concentrated time during the night, our service is second to none!
